Youth Memory: Prospects for Future Dialogue

Alban du Boisguéheneuc, Victor Carpentier and Yukie Saruta, interns of Palestine-Israel Journal, set out on a journey around Israel and Palestine to interview young people. Each was asked the same questions: what the events in 1947/1948 meant to them, what their present lives are like, and what their personal hopes are for the future.

They went to Abu Gosh, Bethleem, Hebron, Be’er Sheva, Kafr Bara, Givat Haviva, Haifa, Nazareth, Beit She’an, Jenin, Ramallah, and Jerusalem. Here is their film: Youth Memory: Prospects for Future Dialogue – A filmed journey around Palestine and Israel:
